Return Policy
- Please reach out to us at at support@synrgyclothing within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include in the email:
- Your order number;
- Photos, where relevant, of the issues.
What's next?
- We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
- If your return or refund request is approved, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Returned items:
- All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- We do not accept stained, damaged, stretched or otherwise altered items.
Refunds:
SYNRGY will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in. Please be aware that it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
Exclusions:
- Final-sale items, limited drops, and anything marked “non-returnable” can’t be sent back.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer exchanges. However, it is possible to refund an item and purchase a different size or product.
