SYNRGY Ambassador Team Agreement:

This agreement is established between SYNRGY and you as an Ambassador.

The agreement is valid from the signing date until terminated by either party. SYNRGY reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect at any time, for any reason.

SYNRGY's Obligations:

• Offer a 20% personal discount on standard retail pricing on certain SYNRGY products.
• Offer opportunities for ambassadors to be visible on SYNRGY's social media, website and or other marketing.
• Offer the opportunity to become apart of the private Discord channels in our Discord.
• Provide the ambassador a custom 15% discount code for followers.
• Provide possibilities to grow and develop the brand and page together with our team. 
• Be frequently available for questions and ambassador inquiries or other concerns. 

Ambassador's Obligations:

• The ambassador must not wear or endorse other fitness apparel brands that conflict with SYNRGY during any public appearance, social media post, or sponsored event.
• Unacceptable behavior includes: gifting or selling products received during the term of this agreement, publicly engaging in negative behavior toward the company or its products or promoting other brands (this includes promoting or selling any illegal products and substances during the term of this agreement).
• The ambassador agrees to represent the SYNRGY brand in a manner consistent with the brand’s values and reputation. This includes adhering to brand guidelines when featuring the SYNRGY logo, slogan and products on social media, at events, and in personal appearances (this includes the public posting or sharing of derogatory, defamatory, inflammatory, or harmful statements on social media platforms).
• The ambassador is prohibited from gifting or selling SYNRGY products purchased during the term of this agreement, either to friends, family, or others.
• The ambassador is expected to conduct themselves in a dignified, respectful manner, maintaining professionalism at all times toward the public, SYNRGY representatives, and other brand ambassadors.

By continuing you agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions to become an ambassador for SYNRGY.

The ambassador understands and agrees to represent SYNRGY in a positive light both on social media, at events, and on other occasions when wearing the brand.
